Blah, So question. Is it possible to make a Garbodor/Gothitelle/Scizor deck?

Are there silly decks that just don't follow any of that stuff at all that are possible? Like today in my first tourney i beat Dark/Hydre and a weird Zoroark deck with Empelion/Blastoise.
