True, but I still think Flareon has its advantages. Blacksmith and Magma Camerupt mean you can instantly be set up and hitting for 100+, and that's without a manual attachment. Maybe a backup attacker?

Because of how great a card Battle Compressor is right now, I would hope they don't rotate PHF. That card is amazing in so many decks. I think XY-FUF would rotate a good amount of cards, getting rid of Yveltal and Toad and shaking the meta up a bit. I'm also hoping Expanded becomes XY-on.

On the Mewtwo note, you might want to watch out for Dark Mewtwo, playing Yveltals and Zoroark.

I can't see them consistently topping, but I imagine mill decks would be a nice meta call if there's a lot of Night March/Vespiquen and other turbo decks like Entei or Camerupt in your area.

Made some changes. I might fit a Vaporeon in at some point if I'm concerned about Houndoom/Camerupt, but most people round here play more Bats than anything. No longer going to Cities, but thanks to everyone that offered advice. I will be testing this deck in a couple of leagues' time.
