Basically if a promo rotates with the original card (they were printed in the same year) they're promos, if they would rotate during different rotations, they are Alternate Arts.

Bonsly and Mantyke only got one English card each....and that was in DP base. Babies in general have not been printed since Call of Legends. At least Pichu and Bonsly were referenced in Pokemon Fan Club Full art

This is incorrect, Exeggcute had the same "once per turn" clause and could be used infinitely. Once the Pokemon is put back into the discard it's treated as a new Pokemon since you can't keep track of which specific Giratina has already used Torn Door. I'll put this here to prove the Exeggcute...

Just saying in TCG you can't be Confused and Paralyzed, since both ate marked by the Pokemon facing a different direction. Also, Endure should be on a coin flip. Since you can indefinitely Endure, making it impossible for the opponent to KO him :P
