That is true, though I do think FA Plumeria will be in SM3 as we've seen two FA Supporters from the Necrozma side (Guzma and Wicke), and iirc, we've only seen one from the Ho-Oh side (Kiawe).

Plumeria is in the other subset for SM3 so we could still get a FA for her.

I believe both players draw the same number of cards that they shuffled in, so for example if you shuffle 4 in, you draw 4 and if your opponent shuffled 5, that's how many they draw.

While that is true, I'm discounting that due to the fact that shiny Ray/Grou/Kyo exist in older gens. Tapu Koko on the other hand is unable to be shiny. Turtonator GX existing doesn't really surprise me tbph. With SM1 having Drampa, its counterpart getting a GX was expected. Also I find it funny that a pokemon which is shiny locked in the games gets a shiny form in the TCG. This is a first.
