I don’t have any criticism of this deck at all...at first sight it seems perfect. A matter of personal preference, however, would be to run Kartana-GX instead of Tapu Fini-GX.

As @Laurier_Ex said, you seriously need a deck that can counter Shining Mane Solgaleo. Salazzle-GX will become tier 1 I expect. They are very cheap at the moment, so if you buy 3 of them as well as 2 of each standard Garbodor (Trashalanche and Garbotoxin), you will be set for a long time.

They are doing it with all of the expensive playable cards to lower the price so the community doesn't become toxic. It is still getting a bit dull though.

Definitely use 1-1 Dragalge FLF line, and use Dowsing Machine, as you do not have an Ace Spec in here. Run a 3-1 split of Ultra Ball and Nest Ball. Run 4 Strong and 2 Fighting (basic). And finally, you might want 2 Lusamine in here because this is a much slower deck and your VCGs will be bumped...

What is the advantage of using Silvally over Manaphy-EX (a basic) in this deck? And why no Max Elixir? Also, Shining Volcanion is terrible.

Volc isn't unwinnable for Goli. Stalling for one turn with Jolteon is all you need for a First Impression/Armor Press knockout.

I really hope someone brings Metal Silvally or Drampa Salazzle to London but deep down I know it will basically look like the Worlds Top 8

Seems solid but I am never a supporter of 2 Brigette. Try Jolteon-EX instead as your worst matchup is Volcanion and replace Tapu Fini-GX with Xurkitree-GX or Kartana-GX as they both have better GX attacks and better abilities. You might want to switch the counts of Basic Grass and DCE too.

4 Metal Energy is way too much even in Energy acceleration decks. It can't even take advantage of the Double Colorless Energy that Metal Silvie already plays. And why would you use this instead of Turbo Drive from Silvally itself, or maybe Registered?

I'm not sure it's too great at all. I think it's terrible, actually. You can only have 1 per deck. And it cannot be recovered. The first attack is situational and the second attack is so bad it practically makes me weep xD

A special type of discard pile where nothing can be recovered from it (e.g. no Super Rod, Rescue Stretcher etc.)

I cannot see Buzzwole working in all honesty. Drampa is a much better rounded attacker and always will be. Buzzwole is very good in a variety of situations. In my interpretation of the deck, Queen’s Haze GX will often be the GX attack of choice, except in decks you already walk over like...

Looks like an excellent list to me but I do question why you are playing Magearna and you probably need 1 or 2 Shaybae.
