I think this will make Challenge attendance go down. If you can get more points for placing at a Cup, then why go to a Challenge for a measly 15 points. They're really trying to market Challenges to newer players.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this ability can't be shut off. It says that while attached it's a tool card, so cards like Silent Lab and Garbodor can't shut it off because it's no longer a Pokemon. Also, I think it can be discarded with Startling Megaphone, Tool Scraper, etc.

The lists of other players at PA states in seniors only had one Jolteon, and there were 2-3 in cut. MegaMan can run Raikou to do a ton of damage and tank attacks on a non-EX.
