Best replacement for Lele is to tech in a full 60 card Greninja Break deck and take out every card you ran before.

This doesn't kill Kartana, because Xurkitree will only see play in electric decks, while Kartana can be played in anything.

Jolteon EX can win the Volcanion, Darkrai and Lapras matchups singlehandedly, so I would exchange 1 Raikou for that. I would also take out 1 FFB 1 choice band and add 1-2 kukui, just to have the potential reach to knock out a Lele.

No it's not. In the game Pheromosa is a glass cannon with abyssmal defensive stats and extremely high speed. In the tcg it's averagely bulky with 170 HP, has a retreat cost of 1 and weak offense. How is that an accurate representation at all ?! It should have 140-150 HP, 0 retreat cost and deal...
