I believe hex does discard the klefki, as it is no longer a tool at that point. Therefore, this just slightly increases the need for hex. Otherwise, I feel it may be good in rayquqaza itself, as klefki is great when attached to a jolteon.

What about yanmega break? It's really good with octillery and shaymin, and can do 120 for free if your hand is at 5. PS it is basically a reprint of yanmega prime

I agree with ninja penguin, as I have tested houndoom, and the fact you can max potion at the cost of one fire, survive major attacks, and mill is something neither durant or bunnelby have. However, National's results have nothing to do with my decision. I do however use a rather unusual engine...

Maybe a mill deck or two? They are pretty good. Things like houndoom have a good amount of hp, and bunnelby can abuse lysandre for the win

What about giratina vileplume? You can add max elixir, and shenanigans. It's just a thought though, and honestly I don't know how good it will be next year

darkrai is going to steamroll the format, so buy them while they're cheap!

what about regice? It runs over Darkrai giratina, a dominant deck for next year. (As it loses nothing) Plus, regice is budget friendly. My only problem with this deck is the loss of sacred ash, at it is rayquaza's main recovery option.

I suggest to look into the current decks considered metagame, as they are extremely powerful. The present one called night March is amazing for beginners, and consists of basic Pokemon with under 100 HP hitting for 180 damage on turn 1!! You can find good lists if you look around on this...
