I think it should be or else be banned/restricted in some way. There are very few decks which don't benefit from having it. You could take most decks that didn't have it, add in 4 ShayminEXs and it would be a better deck. I'd rather see it rotated out quickly so that people get their moneys...

Constructive dismissal?

It's normal to be a bit down if you feel screwed over. But clinical depression tends to last long beyond the trigger/cause (if there even is one). If you think that you have depression it's good to talk to someone about it and possibly see a doctor/GP.

I thought it was rated 18 in the UK, I was surprised that it had a 15s rating.

I try to be frugal but my GF likes cracking boosters - which are totally inefficient! They are expensive here (£4 a go) and the last 2 expansions haven't really got a lot going for them unless you get MEGA EXceptionally lucky :P

My experience if Giratina/Vileplume is that you need to be slightly lucky with energy, if you can't attack then there's problems. Only doing 100 damage is also an issue. However it does seem to counter a lot of the meta generally.

I don't know as I'm pretty new to the game on an organised level (played years ago until Fossil/Rocket). I have reconsidered and am trying to make a Giratina EX/Vileplume Lockdown type deck instead.
