Yes, these ones are given at Pokémon Leagues across the world. Each one unlocks the same set, no random cards - 4× energy, 2× Pokémon and 1× Trainer with Pokémon League "stamp" on them.

Vaporeon Play! Promo According to various sites, Vaporeon from Dark Explorers was given out at US States printed on Play! promo foil and with States logo. Can somebody please confirm this information by uploading a scan of this card?

There was TCGO logo and text on package that the blister includes one code to redeem additional pack online, which imo means the code in the booster. In the sampling pack there was an additional universal code to unlock new avatar accessories, but no code card like the one in stage 1 blisters...

Got Excadrill pack yesterday and no TCGO code there :(
