IMO Toad is not done yet. Toad/Manectric/Bats is good. Quaking punch is still arguably the best attack in format. Manectric finishes off weakened pokemon after some quaking punch and a bat drop. I think there would be no quad Toad deck after lasers are gone. Like toad/bats or tasty toad. I mean, toad will always be good and its function would be like in Yveltal/Toad deck. Toad slows the game while Yveltal sets up.

There's nothing amazing about the card itself aside from being splashable. But I think the Double dragon energy will make up for this.
