Both Lugia EX's are good, so thats something. On the other hand, one Ho-Oh EX is pretty great, whereas the other one is completely unplayable. Lets hope for the best!

It's possible, as there's still some eligible pokemon for mega evolution which don't have mega evolution cards. These pokemon are: Abomasnow, Banette, Latias, Loupunny, Medicham, Pinsr, and Sableye.

Thats true. Some cards that I would love to see return though, are Xerosic/Startling Megaphone (we really need one of those), Lucario EX (which obviously is not a biased statement), Blacksmith, Fighting Type support Trainers, Manectric EX/M Manectric EX, AZ, and maybe Battle Compressor...

Ironically, Kingdra EX is not even remotely close to being "The Best of XY".

That is because the GX mechanic hasn't yet been implemented into PTCGO. The GX mechanic will be implemented in the next client update, which according to a post made on December 1, the client update will be happening tomorrow (the 14th).
