Robo Substitute? All you're looking to do is fill up spots, and should they manage to remove your stadium it shouldn't be too huge of a loss to discard them. I think a 2-2 line of Altaria would be ok, but I'd probably just go with a heavy Ninetales/Robo Sub set and focus on getting Rayquazas out.

What kind of Energy line do you run in this build? Any consideration for Silent Lab now that PRC has hit? It's a bit counter-intuitive with Sigilyph and Wobbuffet, but being able to poison VirGen seems good.

Toad/LaserBank/Dusknoir/Swellow. Put a Float Stone on Toad, dish out damage, eliminate items, and use Dusknoir to manipulate the damage so you can get the knockout with Swellow as needed :D Shouldn't be hard to set up at all ha.

Go for it. Rotation is a ways away, and if you plan on running Toad it is pretty essential. And thanks to Expanded play the set shouldn't lose too much value should you decide to sell it when rotation comes.
