I totally understand what you are trying to say. As a collector I like the idea of using older ultra rares to make the price go lower. As a player, I agree with you I don't really like the plasma card era and Lugia EX in Plasma Storm was not playable while the Ho-oh from Dragons Exalted was...

I hope TCPI is Using the Lugia and Ho-oh EX from Dragons Exalted and Plasma Storm. If it is, I might buy it. It would also be nice to have completely different cards unlike the set.

(sigh) I really wanted Drampa to be in this set.

I like the idea of the Legacy Pin Collection. The Steelix EX part came from nowhere. I would of liked to see a GX (such as Espeon or Umbreon). If TPCI wanted to choose Steelix, They should of made it a Sun and Moon Promo with different art similar to what they did for the Snorlax evolutions promo.

These cards would probably be promos (in english) of some sort (maybe as a tin, collection boxes or blisters) or end up being part of the second set "Guardian Rising".

I won't be surprised if we get a Kommo-o GX.

All of these cards look so beautiful! My star cards are Primarina, Sylveon, and Drampa GX. Politoed is also a good card.

Maybe we are getting the full art Decidueye-GX in the english Base Set.

This would be played in some deck, somehow it might workout.
