Nothing that has the Levitate ability or is Flying type can be hit by Earthquake...

RE: Your X&Y Team? It sure would. It would be difficult to beat. Someone throws out a Pokemon to use, and it's strong against one of the 8 that you have. So you throw out one of the other Eeveelutions to beat it. Rinse and repeat. :)
