Would this be used with garbotoxin garb if float stone goes out?

This gives Toxapex legit potential. I think that is really good. 50 damage a turn for poisoned Pokemon, or 150 with toxapex.

What is "Reshtina?" How does it work? I actually find this card to be better than Pokedex. 5 is a lot of cards so you night as well have 4, but if they are all trash, which happens a lot, you can whisk them away into your deck in hopes of a better draw!;)
