I'm on PTCGO every day, and would love to get involved. Although, I don't run typical decks, but they are strong and don't lose often.

I play a tapu koko promo/baby lele/mew/tauros deck. It's so much fun and nobody expects it. It is fun to take 4+ prizes in one turn.

They used to show every mulligan and it was just a waste of time.

A good strategy is to use high damage fighting pokes that are not weak to leaf pokemon (like Buzzwhole) keep pleny of catchers and Guzmas and keep knocking out the Vikavolts. W/o vikavolt , Tapu Bulu slows way down.

Heatmor (Breakpoint) isn't a bad choice for a donk deck, especially when teamed with Volcanion EX. Heatmor can hit for 70 (with one energy, band, and any stadium), and Volcanion (Steam up) can power him up quickly first turn.

The PTCGO is a great place to test deck strategies, which saves you from buying cards you don't need. In my experience, there are a LOT of experienced players who are quite good. More often than not, I get a good challenge.

While I love Yveltal and Zoroark, I don't see the synergy between the 2 cards. What am I missing?

That is true. If you have 4 ultras, 4 Leles, and 4 kiawes, that ups your chances of a 1st turn Kiawe, but you're right. If you don't hit one first turn, it's going to be an uphill battle.

Yeah, I was thinking about the ability shutting down Necroz's ability, not Ho-oh having weakness to water.

Been trying to put together this combo on PTCGO for a while, but having a hard time getting DM Necrozoma. But definitely should be competitive.

yes definitely. A few Leles and skylas will get you the Memory tools you need. 4-4-4 means a lot of cards that won't get used.

Ok, the other option is to buy packs for $4-5 each and hope for the best. After opening 20 packs w/o an EX/GX it gets discouraging. Gonna spend a LOT more $$ that way. If you want to play you to pay. Also, you can always play-test on PTCGO for free before buying.

Nope, I prefer Volcanion w/o Turtles or Ho-oh and do just fine. So much metal out there. And Otaku, you are probably correct about pricing, but Volcanion EX can be had for around the price of a pack.
