I use an EX only version since hoopa is such big thing in this deck. The evolution lines take up too much space and I would rather use the resources on mray

I use giratina ex as my back up attacker instead since its still a decent attacker. lugia is not worth the spot as it needs the energy on itself and can lose it all

I proxied this deck with more consistency cards instead of the carbink line. Attacking with one energy with 3 regirocks on the bench for 120-130 t1 just sounds better for my play style.
