The older articuno card looks way nicer, the ice holo is cool and the CG doesnt look as tacky

I just checked the gamestop page for the Johto Premium collection and they fixed it, it will not have forbidden light boosters :'( i hate when the internet points out a loophole and corporations take notice.

I think they are keeping the cheap crappy art to make the full art and gold cards look better, except most cards dont have higher quality counterparts
