That's a point and these upcoming full arts with Lucario Spirit Link will be almost all unplayable in standard since the base form will go in the next rotation whether they're XY or SM promos.

Tapu Bulu-GX is actually quite a beautiful looking card. All 4 Tapu GX definitely makes Guardians Rising an appealing set.

The only Alolan forms that will be able to evolve from any other card will be Raichu, Exeggutor and Marowak since their pre-evolutions don't have Alolan forms any Pikachu, Exeggcute or Cubone could evolve into them respectively.
