Really excited about these auto cards. Would be really cool if they would actually slip in real autos 1 of 1 type cards into sealed boosters. That would be amazing! With so many pokemon artists it would be cool if you could get signed cards because i will never get to meet them.

Good point. This has been a frustrating aspect of the series is the relearning of pokemon for new viewers. Sad about ash leaving but at the same time excited about new adventures and pokemon. New stories and people.

This will make watching pokemon tournaments a new sport! This could be game changing …..literally!

I agree with this. I just dont want them to make ash and pikachu completely disappear. Bring them back for a short appearance or specials. Heck use ash and Pikachu in movies and make tv series with new characters.

I hope that they swing back to ash after about a year or 2. THE RETURN OF ASH AND PIKACHU! I can see the marketing now! Pokemon will instantly make another billion easy lol . Its like the death of superman stuff. Actually the more i think about it there is No shot pokemon makes ash and pikachu...

Same. I remember when i first discovered pokemon. Cartoons had just come on tv and my dad said “hey come check out this cool show” I remember seeing episode 2 the first time it aired. Super important part of my identity is ash, pikachu and pokemon in general.

I’m so sad because of this. I hope they bring him back for guest appearances. What about Team rocket?!? I was hoping we would get a Team rocket based set someday especially with ex returning. Dark pokemon were so cool! Now is team rocket and talking meowth gone forever?!? ?
