That link was to the Hierarchy Thread. You won't find what color banned members are there. The banned members are colored red with a line through it. They are also blue with a red line through the name.

Erm. I checked it. It said you abused the report system. It doesn't say Josh fixed anything. Your last warning expired I think, which made it go down to 50%. I feel that Pokebeach's Friendly Level went up. (Intellegence too, I suppose.)
