In the two first pics there are no similarities .The backgrounds are different.In the first pic the battle is being taken in a grassy area and in the second in a city (probably with a trainer).

Yes it was confirmed in the latest CoroCoro scans.[hr] And I dont think that Black City/White Forest are there.I think their location is somewhere in the part of the map that is covered by clouds.
