I don’t think they should be matching the value to any staff card. That’s self-imposed by the market after the cards are given out and sold. If that’s the case, no volunteer is going to be wanting the lesser staff Pokemon card. They should all be getting a Charizard to be equally compensated...

It just seems like it has been mishandled. People just end up selling those staff cards on eBay or get stolen and sold by one person. I’m sure volunteers can be compensated other ways and ideally just paid for the help they provide. I’m not against those people getting compensated.

People want it because it's so scarce and therefore collectible.

Maybe I'm the only one who thinks this, but I feel like it's a positive move. I am sick and tired of seeing Pokemon cards so overpriced and causing such mass hysteria. I hope this means that they will handle the stamped cards better, too, by providing easier ways to obtain them. The Charizard...

I feel like that's what they always get right: the Pokemon designs. Now, of course, everyone has preferences for certain generations, but there's always Pokemon to love in every generation and they always expand the world in such a delightful way with each one. That and the music is always on...

That’s like what happened to my Amazon orders (and I think many others, too). While not straight up cancelled, my orders are delayed. But I imagine they will be cancelled at some point.

The Dunsparce card comes from the Japanese Pokémon Information Pack Volume 1. And the artwork is also lovely.

What times are you all checking stores out for CP products? Especially those that have found some. I usually go around noon-1pm, but I don't know if it's best to be there early in the morning?
