3 Level Ball vs. 4 Level Ball?

That sounds fairly reasonable, DCE is only needed for Zapdos and Mewtwo. I personally have Gigas though may drop it and if that happens then I think it would be a good idea to run another regular Zekrom.

Isn't that 61 cards? My suggestion is drop Pokegear and Communication, for 2 Level Ball. It's a better option and Pokegear really needs more than one copy - I learned that the hard way.

Don't know anyone with the card(s). Even if I did, I think Zapdos is a faster to set up sniper. I'll still consider it.

The deck was starting to look more and more like a ZekEels/Corners toolbox deck. I liked playing it, but I decided that it might be better to go all Eels with a few techs to make up for the space I had left. Here's my list - thoughts?

Ah, yes, there is a code for the EX. It won't be usable until the 21st, though. They are currently retailing at 15.98 at my Wal-Mart; don't pay any more than that if you can help it.

You are allowed to have four of each in one deck. However, Zekrom BW has Outrage synergy and powers up more quickly to do more damage, so people will run it. It also does not cost two Prizes on KO.
