Discussion Ultra prism out of stock/not being printed anymore?

To my knowledge, I don't believe so. My local card store ran out of booster boxes on release day and are still getting in more orders from their distributor. They got a shipment on Monday and they are getting another on Friday. Since I don't live in all of the world, I can't say if this is true...

Collecting Should I get my cards PSA graded?

I'm slow, I didn't see you put the Secret Rare Golden version at first. I thought you meant the Radiant Collection Reshiram. My bad! Then by all means, yes, the golden Reshiram can be very valuable if graded at a very high grade! At a NM 9, they can be worth around $100 but if you do get that...

Collecting Should I get my cards PSA graded?

You can definitely get them graded if you feel 100% about the grades you will receive. Unfortunately, the Reshiram card isn't really worth much. I have two and I only keep them because I love the artwork. Other than that, the others, such as M Charizard EX would get higher values if graded...

Collecting Best website to buy singles

www.coolstuffinc.com This is the site where I buy all my singles. If you're looking for a site that you can buy multiple different cards and have them all come from the same place and arrive at the same time, I recommend this site. The site is super easy to use, they have inventory numbers of...

Collecting What is this card worth?

If you're wanting a FA Tapu Lele, I would just hold the Espeon and buy one for $40. I myself was never a fan of trading a card and money for a single card. Since I'm more of a Pokémon collector than a player, I would hold on to that Espeon for as long as I could, especially since it is a 1st...

Collecting What is this card worth?

If you have the opportunity to, get it graded. This card can definitely be worth more than $25 if graded. I wouldn't say it would be worth $1000, but in the right condition, it can be between $45-$300 if PSA graded. If you can't get it graded, then $25-$30 is the average market price for this card.

Discussion Is this Machamp really worth this?

My local card shop has 100's of these that they sell for less than a $1. There's no value in this print of Machamp unless it's graded highly.

Discussion Error Promo Card in Blisters?

It may not be that big of an error because my local Wal-Mart has tons of these one pack blisters. They even have the Golisopod/Dhelmise promo one packs so I myself wouldn't say the Decidueye ones aren't really an error. They may have been an error at the beginning but they packaged so many...

Collecting Just found my stash of mint(ish) 1st editions from childhood, is it worth grading?

I would first inspect the cards under a high intensity light and look for any kind of scratches on the holofoils as well as the card itself, check for any creases or folds, check all the edges for any kind kind of edge wear (you'll see white on the edges) or silvering (where the holo paper shows...

Discussion What's Your Pack Opening Ritual?

Normally when I buy a booster box, I will pull all the cards out and them sort them into stacks based on the pack artwork. Normally that will leave me with four stacks. I then sort the packs in order of how much I like the Pokemon (ex. Least favorite, second least favorite, second favorite then...

    Help Sm30 Promo Tapu Koko

Cards can sometimes have this effect. Essentially the holofoil paper shows through the ink that was printed onto it. I own many cards like this and it's not really considered a misprint.

Help Advice on These Shiny Cards

Some of the older cards can go from anywhere between $5-$60 depending on how great the condition is. They do seem in pretty good shape and if they were graded by PSA at a high grade, you can make up to $300 per card on the older cards if sold to the right buyer. Sadly, just by looking at the...

Discussion How Would you Price this Card?

Restoring a card, especially an older one, is a risky thing to do. You can gently try to clean the particles off the card, but in some cases, trying to restore a card can completely de-value a card, especially to collectors regardless of what's it's worth in the first place.

    Help Double Sided card storage?

One trick I've found is when I want to double up on cards in a pocket, I place both cards back to back in a penny sleeve (BCW, Ultra Pro, etc.). I then place that into the pocket. It won't stretch the pocket like with two sleeved cards and it holds them well in a clear sheet so that you barely...
