Why would you use this pokemon as a sword? Why not just stab the other pokemon yourself? This is going to be a pretty sweet pokemon and evolutionary line.

First off, the types are not balanced as is and if anything it would make the types more stable. Ice, Grass, Rock, Bug and to an extent Flying are generally very weak in comparison to the other types. Adding a new type may help to make some of the under-powered types a little more relevant.

You're looking at it from the wrong perspective. Think of it as Mewthree (possibly), a brand new pokemon. It really wouldn't affect Mewtwo too much (after all, consider how Mew really doesn't have an affect on Mewtwo in terms that Mew does not evolve into Mewtwo).
