The only way I see this card working is with Terrakion EX + Energy Retrieval. Pretty good anti-meta, though, only has problems with Empoleon

3 Energy > possible 1-2 There won't be much you would need to draw besides a catcher, and with Cilan you should 1-shot everyhting anyways
