So 140HP is now the minimum for stage 2 pokemon now? If I remember correctly, Talonflame was the only stage 2 with 130HP in steam siege, most likely down because of it's ability. I won't be surprised if some stage 2 will go closer to 170HP.

Give us some gen 2 pokemon, alolan type or a GX card. Something like a Ledian, in the shadow pokemon who have no limelight in any set.

If all Alolan pokemon end up being gen 1 pokemon, then I think this gen will just have the limelight for max 2 years. This will be a stop gap for a bigger gen 8 launch. I think this would be an experimental Generation if that makes sense to see how the new changes are received by consumers.

Is dual type also finished? It would be kinda strange to have alolan type pokemon which are essentially different type and another pokemon with two types in one card that isn't alolan.

From this clip I just remembered, they haven't revealed the fossil pokemon of this gen have they? Will there even be fossil pokemon?

Snorlax GX has 190HP and Lurantis GX has 210hp. Does this mean regular Lurantis will have more hp than regular Snorlax? I don't think so. If they continue in this route most stage 2 GX will have over 230HP easily.

Most of the pokemon revelaed so far are basic or stage 1, and we are at around 50 pokemon. So I think it will go beyond XY number but not by that much.

Thats not right, even Snorlax GX has less HP. Laurantis evolves once and has 210HP as a GX. Now what about those that evolve twice will they go closer to 250HP?

I was actually beginning to like the circle dot patterns on the Japanese holo cards. Cards with the new fonts seem to look better now but only on cards with little writing. Those like the Arcanine above look so fake with the new font and too much writing. Atleast it's good that they have...

I'm gonna go ahead and say that these are not the final font choices for some parts of the cards, most likely I'm wrong.

The Japanese versions have the HP in bold why did they change this to light weight font? Small things like that make it look and resemble fake cards of the past.

I think the Mewtwo in the Evolution set will have a different holo pattern from the theme deck one.

There is so much disorder in the design of the cards. Alignment of ability, HP should be in bold, that's only a couple of things. Then there are useless things like the extra yellow line above name and column row. The cards that don't have 'ability' will look much better. Also can you expand...

If Hitmonchan's bottom attack was [F][C][C], it could've been quite a good card with stadium, tool and strong energy combos.
