I've read your acelleration issue: why don't add two compressors and a lapras from the basic XY set? With the first attack, seafaring (Only 1 Water) , you can flip a coin up to three times, and attach a basic Water energy from your discard pile to a pokèmon for each head! :) And the compressors...

normally the basic pokèmon or from previous stages have less HP than the evolved ones, right? Then, if they had damages on it, this will kill some pokemon, thanks to the devolution!

I've done some testing these days and i've incluede only a magnezone, replacing a magnemite :)

i like this concept, but why don't put something like shaymin or octillery? If you do a bad start, or need to set-up you will have a serios prolem :P Btw, i like this deck :D Nice one!
