Scramble Switch is better than DM, but if you only have DM, use it. Stunfisk is unnecessary, as Landorus is better, anythingbutgrass

Random Receiver VS Skyla ends up being merely a preference question. Darkrai thins the deck more than enough early on to be really easy finding the catchers

Skyla is not that good in Darkrai as you think. Random 2 Random Receivers are fine, imo

You are not bothering :) Victini EX allows you to search your deck for two basic energies and attach them to a benched Pokémon, thus accelarating your energy count, example: Turn one, you have Victini EX on the active spot and a White Kyurem EX on the bench, you use Victini EX's Turbo...

You don't need the V-piece. Victini EX is there to accelarate your attackers, helping you to setup

RE: Landorus EX/Mewtwo EX/Tornadus EX I would try to find a slot to put a third Mewtwo EX, as it can destroy some match-ups by its own. I would also not run eviolite as it's not as strong as it used to be nowadays mainly due to Laser

I am playing 3 Landy, 3 Mewtwo, 2 Clucknadus, 2 Bouff. I thought about running a single Terrakion NVI, but not sure. Also, yes, scramble switch is REALLY awesome in this deck

You can try using Victini EX for energy accelaration, or Emboar(the one with Inferno Fandango), or you can play with Reuniclus to move around the damage counters, assuming you are using Plasma Storm's White Kyurem EX
