RE: Kinklang Plasma Storm Lucario is bad in Klinklang mainly because it's pre-evo can never become still, thus is always unprotected, making it an easy knock-out

RE: Future Metagame Speculation PEW PEW and Basics IS the meta. Seriously, the only stage 2 decks are Blastoise and Klinklang, Klang is not that great, and I seriously think that Blastoise is WAY too overrated.

You could try using 2 Victini EX, they are insanely good on t1, allowing you to set-up your attackers at the same time you set up your eels.

Eels being viable is discussable. A friend of mine played Ray/VictiniEX/Eels this Saturday at the Regionals and got a "wonderful" 1-4. If you go against a good deck it's kinda though, and even against more favorable match-ups, it's still hard. The deck is cool but I don't think it's tier 1 anymore.
