Not really much to comment on here, but I am always for Naoki Saito full art trainers with a few exceptions, but this one is nice, Ryuta Fuse also looks okay but missing some of their artistic flair they usually bring.

They look the way they do because in addition to the silly hat, all the Pokemon featured with Tera have a crystalised effect to them. Some are less obvious than others but sadly yeah, it's an inherent feature. It's what ultimately stained the entire illustration rare line for Tera SV for me...

The irony is, this is one of the exceptions. You can absolutely see cards like the Umbreon being able to pull it off, just minus the stained glass effect.

Higher quality images are helpful, still not my cup of tea though.
