    I'd expect a successor to Crobat V to be 1) a basic, and 2) have an effect that's usable after the first turn, if they're gonna make one at all. Also, if Eiscue is decent, could be nice to splash in Chien-Pao for-off type coverage. Not sure what type would be most useful.

    And, let's be honest, on the off chance you discard 1 or 2 of your DTE, you're still knocking out basically anything that could possibly be in the active spot on turn one.

    You technically can activate the vstar power by attaching it to any V, but the VStar power is "if one of your basic Pokémon V knocks out an opposing Pokémon Vmax or VStar, take an extra prize card". So the Pokémon the Sky Seal Stone is attached to doesn't have to be the one to do the knocking...

    Not sure what you plan to do with Sky Seal Stone there. Only Basic Pokemon V can use its effect, and basic Palkia V isn't going to be using it efficiently.
