I wonder too if you could build most of the Garchomp deck for standard play from the Garchomp deck. You would think get like 1- 2 copies of Cynthia.

There's one problem, I can see as the biggest counter to this card. Tapu Bulu/ Vikavolt decks or decks that use Vikavolt from Sun and Moon base set. You should all of there energy and you ultimately don't really hurt there deck for you shuffled the energy into the deck and that's where Vikavolt...
