Full 'Champion's Path' Set List: Shiny Charizard V, Rainbow Rare Charizard VMAX!

This. I think the TCG also draws from the games, so when the games have so little to offer it shows. Don't get me started about Leon. But again, let's be positive. The Tag Team sets weren't based on the games and later expansions tend to be more interesting since the EX series (the Plasma sets...

Full 'Champion's Path' Set List: Shiny Charizard V, Rainbow Rare Charizard VMAX!

Yes, same here. But as you also mentioned somewhere else (another topic); the games were also the first Pokemon games devoid of any real ''Pokemon wonder''. Just very uninteresting so maybe it was to be expected (yes some of the actual Pokemon were cool, but that, unfortunately, did not safe the...

Full 'Champion's Path' Set List: Shiny Charizard V, Rainbow Rare Charizard VMAX!

Yeah, the Tag Team sets were a breath of fresh air . Beautiful art that was actually remeniscant of the Neo sets in that you could tell a lot of creativity was put into them. Was also really hoping that the missing cards (such as the alternate art Umbreon/Espeon) were gonna be released somehwere...

August's English Set: 'Darkness Ablaze,' Plus Two New Types of Products!

Is it me or does every Gardevoir art since XY look the same.. Meh. Also, no Charizard RR, whether it was always going to be so or not, it sucks.

Pissed off? Not at all. These are some beautiful cards. Happy to chase them, instead of those ugly gx/vmax cards

Very true, but show some emotion. That's my point.

G-Max Moves, Kubfu Details, Early-Purchase Bonus Revealed for Sword & Shield Expansion Passes!

Yes he is.. Yes he is. Nothing more to say about that. And when he loses in the end he says something like ''ah well, it was fun being a champion while it lasted. Congratz. '' Come on Gamefreak. Taking away a real rival was one thing but turning the champion into a childish joke?

New tag team cards amidst the sword & shield CGI cards bull... Something to look forward to. The Igglybuff ect. alternate art is awesome.

'Rebel Clash' is May's English Set, Synced Worldwide Releases All But Confirmed!

Yeah, such is life. You missed nothing with Sword and Shield (although the Pokemon are allright). A big step down from Sun and Moon, which were already low on my list. Shame I have the same thing with the TCG and still long for galaxy holofoil. The tag team sets had me coming back for a year though.

    Sword & Shield TCG Set

Same here. Was really hoping they would ditch rainbow cards and also the boring cgi art on full arts but none of it. Not my cup of tea (as they would say in England.. Uhh, Galar)

Gigantamax Charizard, Pikachu, Meowth, Eevee Revealed!

Yeah, I guess that’s the new thing. Of course it was always about the money (even in the early days) but these days it has become pretty shameless. Fingers crossed these will be good games because I think Pokemon has been in decline since gen 5. Flash over substance. Nintendo even atmitted that.

    'Cosmic Eclipse,' November's English Set!

For everyone thats saying collectors Will be pissed.. uhm no. Not me anyway. Remember the ugly cgi ex’s from the gen 5 block? That was insulting. I’m not gonna complain when there’s cards like the stone Dialga/Palkia/Arceus and many more endearing artworks like those character cards. Awesome set

Galarian Ponyta Revealed in Famitsu Magazine, Fairy-Type

Really weird. Especially with that fairy’ish ability. Well competitively it doesn’t matter much. It will be ruined by steel types, also because its stats will again be mediocre. Let’s hope then Rapidash is an interesting double type altough fire seems impossible now given that galarian Ponyta...

Galarian Ponyta Revealed in Famitsu Magazine, Fairy-Type

Well look at it haha. It’s going to be fairy type thats for sure. I was actually hoping for a fairy fire type but I guess thats just wishful thinking. I do however very much like that they keep the ‘new take on outdated gen 1 Pokemon’ going although pure fairy typing wouldnt give it much hope...

'Alter Genesis,' 'High Class Pack 2019' Sets Announced for Japan!

Red & Blue on a tag ''team'' card.. That's not how I remember the good old days when you actually had a rival

Watch Live: 'Pokemon Direct' Stream for 'Pokemon Sword' and 'Shield!'

I mostly agree, however Raid battles does remind me of a pimped up safari zone which still packs a lot of nostalgia. We'll see. That sheep though. Very insulting

Watch Live: 'Pokemon Direct' Stream for 'Pokemon Sword' and 'Shield!'

Gyms are back and Corviknight looks awesome. That's enough for me for now. Yeah Wooloo could have been thought up by my three year old son but we'll let that one slide.

    SM11 Miracle Twins!

''I know, I'll borrow a town map from my sister. I'll tell her not to lend you one. Well gotta go. Smell ya later!'' Pretty sure this is what he looked like in that moment.
