It wasn't unlucky and the ratio of me pulling 3 FA in around 30 packs is actually good, but all 3 being the same when there are 6 different ones is disappointing.

Dragon Majesty seems to be like this. I know it only has 6 FA, but now I had 2 Zinnia FA in my Salamence GX collection (5 boosters), which by the way was the only FA I pulled so far from around 20 Dragon Majesty boosters.

A Dragonite card is not bad and the ability is good, but we have had really many Dragonite's recently. And, why do the attacks of Stage 1/2 Pokémon with an ability always have to be so simple? 120 for 3 is not bad, but I wish it had some kind of effect or even a second attack.

I don't know the exact values, but all of the packs you show are very old and rare (2000 or older). If you mean the Japanese booster pack on the first row, that's Base Set, so the first set from 1996. That should be one of the rarest Japanese sets ever, excluding some special limited sets like...
