There are cards that can move energy cards from one Pokemon to another, like the upcoming Multi Switch. You'll have to attach Electrode initially to an electric Pokemon, but you can then use Multi Switch to move it to any other.

Aside from just not wanting to believe the deckbox is paperboard, the lower edges of Kyogre's side of the box appear to be rounded. If they are, it's probably a flap like those on the old prerelease deckboxes (if I remember them correctly), and that wouldn't be well suited to a paperboard box...

The new outfits make Jessie and James look like run-of-the-mill Grunts. It seems fitting.
