    RE: TyRing in the new format? The strategy is to get Ursaring Prime set up with a damage counter on him from either Rainbow energy or Afterburner. The Cleffa is at one because it can easily be searched out and provides draw power. I will probably exchange her for Manaphy. The 2-2 Ninetails...
