¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The point is you need to evolve the frogadier by hand to activate the ability, so it takes away the ability to combo water duplicates with evo sodas to get the Greninjas in play. It would have been stupidly powerful, but since it's not been shown we can still hope.

Absolutely, at least until the new rotation. With water duplicates, assuming Greninja is a decent attacker and has a good ability, setting up is stupidly easy with a paired Zoroark and evosodas.

You didn't need 4 sycamores when Cynthia wasn't out, you definitelly don't need them now. Before it was a 4 N 2/3 Sycamore split, now for Zoroark I would guess 3 Cynthia 3 N 2 Sycamore (One N can be switched for Cynthia).

Regigigas does 160, Guzzlord 180 and has a GX attack, and doesn't need the use of the supporter for the turn. One more time, I don't see the point.

Regigigas does 160 with 5 energies, and you need 3 regis in the bench. Guzzlord does 180 with 5 energies and has a good GX IF you manage to pull it off. Again, I don't see the point.

You either are unbeliveably lucky or play in a low competitive enviroment. Anyway, there may be some tweaks that can be done, but not in general, need to know what deck you need it for.

There is no substitute for Lele. You can play without it, but you won't be competitive. And Lucario appreciates a Lele to set up too.
