i think i might just use it for outrage because it only takes two energy's and it can stall. but other than that and me not having junk arms is it a pretty good list?

i don't wan to use mewtwo. hence why i am using victini to counter it.I know mewtwo is a good card but i wanted to make this deck a straight counter deck without many EX's. Plus other mewtwo can just revenge kill me. And straight terrakion isn't a problem because of virizion.
