Don't just toss a Pokemon into your deck. You need to look at the strategy of the deck and how the Pokemon compliment each other. What does Ho-oh GX do in your deck that Flareon EX doesn't? Is it useful to your overall strategy?

Don't worry. If your playing Incineroar GX, Garb is the least of your worries. ;) In all seriousness, 1 Ultra Ball isn't going to kill your Garbodor matchup, especially if your main attacker has 250 HP.

Why not just play an Ultra Ball to discard Incineroar GX and perhaps get your Ho-oh GX out at the same time? Now you can play a different supporter, like Kiawe to power up Ho-oh GX.
