The cards pictured are already released in main sets so like with most (but not all) of the lunchbox tins they are not black star promos but promos in the sense that they are Cosmic foil reprints

This must be the attempt to get these boxes to sell! 1 or 2 promo and a bunch of nothing for 25$ = no way // but 10+ promos at around 2$ a piece it may make sense to many collectors to ACTUALLY BUY THE BOX instead of singles to get them!
