If so, it'll be toned down as Basics only. Due to the fact that Inteleon broke it

Dragonite, Hitmonlee, and Dodrio from ‘Pokemon Card 151’!

Not much. If Hitmonlee hits the prizes, you gonna rely on Hawlucha. Find some alternatives, not relying to Hitmonlee most of the time. Hitmonlee - can be doable to any deck, not just to the one above. Luminous Energy is a thing, remember? And Lugia can take advantage of it. (Doesn't work on...

Also, the Theme Deck for Chien-Pao has Baxcalibur innit. I don't see why they made it a PR promo

Except it's just Stage 1 and we loss Scoop Up Net. This is not a good day for Stage 1s with come-into-play abilities, as they have no better ways to cycle it.

I saw someone pulled Passimian lately.

Clefairy, Clefable, & Hitmonchan from ‘Pokemon Card 151’!

Refinement Kirlia is way better, since there's no safe entry for Mirage Step here. If it was prized, it's GG!

Clefairy, Clefable, & Hitmonchan from ‘Pokemon Card 151’!

Clefairy/Clefable - This Clefairy is useless since we have a better one, this Clefable can b another Reversal fodder. Also, a tech for the ex. 1/3 Hitmonchan - pretty much explained before. I hate bland, and very tryhard cards like this. We've seen this on a literal Cacnea and it's not good...

    Vileplume from ‘Pokemon Card 151’!

Vileplume - meh, I don't like it. Basically a 1-shot thing to get 2 energy off of Top 8 cards. 3 Hitmonchan - what's with all the lame and very bland cards? The ability is literally SVI Cacnea that saw heck no play whatsoever. 2

    Vaporeon from “Pokemon Card 151!”

Vaporeon - we've seen things like this and ended up not seeing play. 2

Mewtwo, Ditto, and Snorlax from “Pokemon Card 151!”

Ditto - 5 Geodudes, good starter card. It helps you get out of a rough start. If we ever have Pokemon that do more damage for each mon in the discard, Ditto is an instant must-have. Snorlax - too specific. 3 Mewtwo - still don't like it. 2-3
  12. N's Rhyperior

Articuno, Zapdos ex, Moltres, and Chansey from “Pokemon Card 151!”

Chansey - basically bootleg PS Jirachi. 3 Articuno/Zapdos ex/Moltres - basically too powerless to not worth having an ability. Zapdos only KO things like Kirlia on the bench, and Moltres being a decent sniper. 3/3/3

It is because PAL consists of 3 Japanese sets, which also consists of 36 total Illustration Rares. Since OBF will consists SV3, leftover cards from PAL, and ex decks, that makes Illustration Rares to become 12. Hence the numbering of that Charizard seems so weird

Jynx ex, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Hypno, and More from “Pokemon Card 151!”

Yeah, so does the flow of your gameplay. No draw cards means slower gameplay, and we don't want that.

Jynx ex, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Hypno, and More from “Pokemon Card 151!”

The entire Nidoran line - sure, OHKO on a Gardevoir since it is a good deck rn, but you're running 2 individual stage 2 lines and no consistent draw. It ain't functional, if you ask me. Gardevoir is a functional Stage 2 deck because it has Kirlia that draws cards, making it gameplay runs...

I'm talking about the early translations of the card. Even though it wasn't stated in Japanese translations, the Rule Box phrase still present, as if it was an English card.
