In regards to the scans, they were debunked by the fact that they were not this month's CoroCoro scans. The art/screenshots were found to come from dA in another thread

Yeah, you can find fishing-only pokemon through DexNav. You just need to fish up one of whatever you're looking for, catch it, and then you can use the DexNav to find as many as you like. Worked like a charm for my Wailmer, Blueberry ^^

Not a slug-- a roomba. A glorious volcano-camel roomba. ^w^ Also, Mega Gallade has a cape, bigger swords, and a more prominent cowl. Looks like his official art is also on that page, but the leaker cut it off in the picture.
