And the official Pokemon Center says otherwise so I'm not worried.

According to the Pokemon Center, Amazon Japan and an email I just recieved from the Pokemon Center you get 2 promo cards when you buy the double pack.

Has never taken 2 weeks for something to arrive from Amazon JP for me, they use DHL. And yes, international pre-order bonuses suck; but you can just buy the Japanese version fairly easily so it's not that big of a deal.

Just buy the Japanese copy then, Amazon Japan makes it easy.

Strange decision that none of the promos are sealed except the Ice Rider Calyrex VMAX, even the Pikachu is just shoved into it raw and prone to damage.
