isnt this considered cheating of some kind? seems like this would be something along the lines of a cheating device. i know your not hacking the game but your using a program to get information you shouldnt have access too. besides, who wants a shiny they did all the work for to end up having to...

RE: Kron's Stuff any pokemon caught in the friend safari are guaranteed to have at least 2 perfect IV's. i think it maxs at 3 though. i have not yet seen someone say they caught a 4iv in FS
