I got the page all fixed up. In order to remove the third stage from the evolutionary line, you have to make sure the template reads {{evobox-2}} instead of {{evobox-3}}. In the case of the Glitched Stone upload, it wasn't named correctly for the template piping, but I put it in the right place...

It's already there in the text - that's why you see "Fightape" and "Mega Fightape" in red where the images should be. But the images themselves aren't on the server. If you click on the text where the images are supposed to be, it asks you to upload the missing images.
