Which set were they? I haven't given the card game as much attention as I used to so I didn't even know a toxicroak ex and magnezone ex existed in the current legal sets

Maybe I misread but seismetoad (sorry if i mispelled it) and dragonite are basics? If they follow the pattern they have been, wouldn't that basicly be saying "Mega dragonite and seismetoad confirmed"? I mean don't only mega pokemon get the nonmega form as a basic ex?
