    Pokemon Which Pokémon Should Gain New Formes?

    RE: Are there any Pokémon that you want to gain a new form? Raichu! Hes my favorite pokemon and has been around since day 1. I like that they added pichu below pikachu but why not add a third evolution? Its not like raichu is overpowered.
